We aim to provide only quality products at favorable prices and reserve the right to select customers.
The products sold through monarhdesign.com are produced in our own workshop and are accompanied by a tax invoice upon delivery, in accordance with the current legislation. Products and services are offered in compliance with the provisions of this document and subject to available stock. For this reason, we reserve the right not to fulfill a particular order if the respective product is no longer in stock. Each product has a description and a price displayed in Lei or Euro, accompanied by images.
– orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed starting from the first working day.
To ensure that an informed customer is a satisfied customer, the ANPC guide provides interested parties with a way to present the main features and existing certifications of the products or their acquisition, so that the decision to purchase is an informed one.

SC Atelier Monarh SRL cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused by the use of the website.

– printing or display errors regarding the prices, characteristics, product images, color differences, shade, accessories, or other details presented. Some of the products are handmade, so there may be slight differences in these characteristics. In the event that the price of the product or some characteristics of the product have been incorrectly entered in our databases or displayed incorrectly, and the delivery has not yet been made, the Company reserves the right to cancel the delivery of the respective product and to notify the customer about the error as soon as possible;
– the inability to fulfill an order due to stock depletion;
– delays in delivery by the postal services provider, destruction, damage, or losses during transportation to the recipient, these being the responsibility of the postal services provider;
– incorrect or erroneous information provided by the buyer.
The Company does not provide any direct or indirect guarantees that:
– the service will be suitable for the customer’s requirements;
– the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free in any way;
– the products/services will meet the customer’s requirements or expectations.

Availability
Some of the products presented on the monarhdesign.com website are not in stock; they are made to order. In addition to the products in the online store, Monarh Design also provides customers with the option to order products through the Customer Relations Department and benefit from product advice and information before placing an order.
