Returns — general conditions

Customers may return or exchange products within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with no traces of perfume, makeup, or antiperspirant.
  • The original tags are attached, and the product is in pristine condition.
  • The original packaging is complete (including hangers, garment bags, and promotional materials).
    Missing packaging incurs a fee of 19 EUR / 22 USD/100RON.
  • Made-to-order products (made to measure) and products in custom colors cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to return a product

Prepare your parcel with:

  • The product in its original condition, with all accessories and promotional materials received.
  • The pro forma invoice (international orders only).
  • A Return Air Waybill (international orders only).

Send the parcel using an approved courier:

  • International: DHL
  • Romania: GLS, FanCourier, Cargus, Sameday

All products from an order must be returned in a single parcel. Returns sent in multiple shipments will be refused.

Please note: Under Ordinance 130/2000 and Article 16(c) of Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, personalized products, meaning products made to measure, CANNOT be returned.

Recommendations for returning products:

If you have decided to return a purchased product, please keep the following in mind:

  • To exercise your return rights, we recommend returning the product in the condition in which you received it: in its original packaging (box or bag), with tags intact and the accompanying documents, without altering it in any way. Please wrap the parcel appropriately (in paper or plastic) before handing it to the courier.
  • To avoid having your return request refused, we also recommend that you do not return products that have been used or damaged. Such products do not meet the return conditions, and you will be charged the courier costs for both journeys.

Standard product returns: within 14 days of receiving the product

Made-to-measure products and products altered at the customer's request cannot be returned or refunded.
