Model measurements: 84-61-91. The model is 176 cm and wears size XS (34).

Delivery is by standard courier. Estimated delivery times:
In-stock products: 2–7 business days
Made-to-order products: 7-21 business days
Preorders and couture pieces: up to 60 business days (after you place your order, a Monarh consultant will contact you to guide you toward the ideal selection and confirm the exact delivery date)
Returns may be made within 14 days. Products must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. The customer is responsible for return costs.

Can Monarh pieces be altered for me?

Yes, most pieces can be adapted to your measurements and preferences. Please let us know in advance so we can check fabric availability and ensure your order is finished to the highest standard.

How long does delivery take?

If the product is in stock, we dispatch it within 24 hours of your order being placed.

For pieces that are not in stock, delivery takes between 2 and 10 days, depending on the complexity of the design and fabric availability.

We handle every order promptly and with attention to detail.

I have a last-minute event. Can you help?

In many cases, yes. We have a varied selection of pieces that can be altered quickly and delivered at short notice.

If you let us know the date of your event in advance, we will do our best to prioritize your order, subject to fabric availability and production capacity.

How should I care for my Monarh pieces?

Monarh pieces are carefully crafted from natural fabrics or thoughtfully selected blends for a refined look and exceptional comfort. To preserve their beauty and quality for as long as possible, proper care is essential:

🔹 Professional cleaning recommended

We recommend dry cleaning, especially for delicate fabrics or complex cuts. This helps preserve their shape, texture, and color over time.

🔹 Hand washing — a gentle alternative

If you choose to wash your pieces at home, opt for hand washing in cold or lukewarm water with a mild detergent designed for delicate clothing. Avoid vigorous wringing or rubbing delicate areas.

🔹 Do not machine wash or tumble dry

We do not recommend machine washing or tumble drying, as these processes can damage the fabrics and seams.

🔹 Air dry

After washing, allow pieces to dry naturally on a hanger or flat surface, away from direct sunlight, which can fade colors.

🔹 Iron with care

If needed, iron pieces inside out at a low temperature, ideally using a pressing cloth over the fabric.

Can I return or exchange a made-to-measure or customized product?

Products that are made to measure or have undergone alterations requested by the customer (such as changes to measurements, length, cut, or other personalized details) cannot be returned or refunded. These pieces are made especially for you, according to your specifications, and cannot be returned to stock or resold.

We encourage you to send us all important details in advance — from accurate measurements to your preferred cut or length — so that the final result meets your expectations.
