Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging products. These shipping costs are independent of Monarh and do not fall within our responsibilities.

How to exchange a product

• Exchanges are permitted once per order.
• The replacement product will be dispatched only after we have received and inspected the original return.
• If the new product is more expensive, the customer must pay the difference. If it is less expensive, the difference will be refunded by bank transfer.
• Made-to-order and personalized products are not eligible for exchange.
