Return, exchange, and refund policy

At Monarh, we value every customer's experience and want shopping to feel secure, elegant, and worry-free. Our return policy is designed to protect both the integrity of our products and our customers' rights.

If you receive a product without a tag, please notify us immediately. We recommend checking the product before removing the tags or discarding the original packaging.

INFORMATION NOTICE

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging products. These shipping costs are independent of Monarh and do not fall within our responsibilities.

If an order that qualified for free shipping is returned, the shipping cost will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.

 

 Returns and exchanges — general conditions

Customers may return or exchange products within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with no traces of perfume, makeup, or antiperspirant.
  • The original tags are attached, and the product is in pristine conditionwill be withheld.
  • The original packaging is complete (including hangers, garment bags, and promotional materials).
    Missing packaging incurs a fee of 19 EUR / 22 USD/100RON.
  • Made-to-order products (made to measure) or products in custom colors cannot be returned or exchanged.

 Customers may return or exchange products within 14 days (The return period applicable under the regulations is 14 days, calculated between the date the customer receives the product (the date our courier delivers the parcel) and the date we receive the return (the date the return parcel is delivered), subject to the following conditions:

 

 How to exchange a  product

  • An exchange is permitted once per orderwill be withheld.
  • The replacement product will be dispatched only after we have received and inspected the original return.
  • If the new product is more expensive, the customer must pay the difference. If it is less expensive, the difference will be refunded by bank transfer.
  • Made-to-order and personalized products are not eligible for exchange.

 

  How to return a product

  1. Complete the return form available at www.monarhdesign.com
  2. Prepare your parcel with:
    • The product in its original condition, with all accessories and promotional materials received.
    • The pro forma invoice (international orders only).
    • A Return Air Waybill (international orders only).
  3. Send the parcel using an approved courier:
    • International: DHL
    • Romania: GLS, FanCourier, Cargus, Sameday

 All products from an order must be returned in a single parcel. Returns sent in multiple shipments will be refused.

 Returns that will not be accepted

     

  • Products returned without prior notification or without completing the online formwill be withheld.
  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, stains, perfume or antiperspirant odor, etc.
  • Parcels with a cash-on-delivery amount entered on the waybillwill be withheld.
  • Packages without the correct identifier (the recipient's name on the invoice).
  • Products damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packagingwill be withheld.
  • Returns sent using unapproved couriers (other than those listed).

Monarh is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from shipping by other courier companies.

  Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned parcel (inspection takes a maximum of 5 business days).
  • Refunds are paid to the account provided in the return/exchange formwill be withheld.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Any urgency fee paid is non-refundable.
  • If the product is not returned in the required condition, the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
  • If the product shows signs of wear, washing, stains, or odor, the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
