Purchase option cancellation policy

Monarh allows orders to be canceled under certain conditions, depending on the type of product ordered. Please read the information below carefully.

1. Standard orders (in-stock products)

• Orders for in-stock products may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
• To request cancellation, please email office@monarhdesign.com with the subject “Anulare comandă” (Order cancellation) and include your order number.
• If the products have already been dispatched, the order can no longer be canceled but may be returned under the general return policy.

2. Preorders and made-to-order products

• Under Article 16 of Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, orders for products that are made to measure, in custom colors or available exclusively by preorder cannot be canceled.
• If you request cancellation, an administrative fee of 50% of the order value will be charged.

3. Cancellations initiated by Monarh 

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following circumstances:

• the product is no longer available and cannot be remade;
• the supplier no longer has the relevant fabric;
• the information provided by the customer is incomplete or suspicious;
• the measurement form is incomplete or the Monarh consultant's instructions have not been followed;
• obvious pricing or description errors have been identified;
• there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or abuse.

In these cases, the customer will be notified immediately, and all amounts paid will be refunded in full within a maximum of 14 business dayswill be withheld.
