How to order made to measure
1. Browse the Monarh collection and choose the piece or pieces that suit you.
2. Complete the customer form and watch the full guide to taking your measurements correctly.
3. Follow the instructions in the video “How to take your measurements correctly” and write down all your measurements.
4. Complete the additional details in the form (such as preferred alterations, length, and other requirements).
5. Send us the completed form and contact us by phone or email — (+40) 770 783 753 / office@monarhdesign.com
6. A Monarh consultant will handle your order, request any further details needed, and guide you throughout the process.
7. You will receive your piece according to your chosen option: delivery or collection from the showroom.

Whatever inspires you, you are welcome in our workshop. At Monarh, every idea takes shape, and you are part of the process. Together, we will create a piece that truly reflects you — impeccably cut and deeply personal.
How to order a piece in your chosen design
1. Book an appointment at the workshop by emailing office@monarhcouture.com or calling (+40) 770 783 755. Please include a phone number in your message.
2. A Monarh consultant will handle your request and arrange your visit.
3. At the workshop, you will speak directly with the designer and the consultant who will oversee your order from start to finish.
4. Together with our team, you will define all aesthetic and practical details of your chosen piece.
5. We will prepare a dedicated sketch, select suitable fabrics, and agree on all specifications.
6. Our specialists will take your measurements in the workshop.
7. You will receive an estimated delivery date, and we will arrange interim appointments if needed.
8. Depending on the complexity of the piece, you will have one or two fittings to achieve the perfect fit.
9. Throughout the process, you will stay in touch with your Monarh consultant regarding fittings, confirmations, and alterations.
10. Your finished piece will be delivered by courier, or you can collect it from the showroom.
How long does it take to make made-to-measure and personalized pieces?
Production time varies depending on the design and selected fabrics.
For made-to-measure pieces, we recommend allowing approximately 4 weeks. For a fully personalized piece, please allow 8 to 24 weeks for delivery.
During the busy May – September period, production may take longer.
Your Monarh consultant will provide a precise delivery estimate once all the details of your order have been agreed.
